Terms of Service

CoachPage is an online profile ("coaching CV") builder for football coaches. You create a public page listing your coaching qualifications, clubs, testimonials, and resources, and we host that page at a URL you choose.

To use the Service you must:

• ·Be at least 18 years of age, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction
• ·Provide accurate, current, and complete registration information
• ·Maintain the security of your account credentials
• ·Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
• ·Notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account

3.1 Free tier

Free accounts get a randomly generated slug (e.g. coachpa.ge/coach-a3f9b2c1), a maximum of 5 entries across all sections (licences, clubs, testimonials, resources), no directory listing, and no Google indexing.

3.2 Paid plans (one-time)

Paid plans are one-time purchases, not subscriptions:

• ·1-Year — $25 USD, one-time. Unlocks custom slug, unlimited entries, directory listing, and indexing for 12 months. Reverts to free at month 12 unless you renew.
• ·Lifetime — $75 USD, one-time. Same as 1-Year, but permanent.

Prices are in USD and exclude any local taxes that may apply at checkout. There is no auto-renewal.

3.3 Payment processing

Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store your full card details.

Under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal from the date of purchase. Refunds within 14 days are no-questions-asked.

After 14 days, refunds are at our discretion and only for service-unavailability or billing errors.

To request a refund, email admin@360tft.com with the email address on your account. Refunds are typically processed within 5–10 business days. See also our Refund Policy.

You agree not to use the Service to:

• ·Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• ·Impersonate another person, coach, or club
• ·List qualifications, clubs, or testimonials you have not earned, held, or obtained
• ·Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information
• ·Harass, abuse, or harm another person
• ·Publish content that endangers child safety or welfare
• ·Infringe upon another party's intellectual property
• ·Attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems
• ·Use automated tools, bots, or scripts to access the Service without permission
• ·Resell, redistribute, or commercially exploit the Service without authorisation

We reserve the right to suspend or remove accounts and pages that violate this policy, with no refund.

You retain ownership of the content you submit (your name, photo, biography, qualifications, club history, testimonials, resource links). By publishing it on CoachPage, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, display, and serve that content for the purpose of operating and promoting the Service.

You confirm you have the right to publish the content you submit, and that any testimonials you publish are genuine and consented to by their author.

The Service — including its design, code, and brand — is owned by SVMS Consultancy Limited. You may not copy, modify, or distribute the Service or create derivative works without our express written permission.

On a paid plan you may choose your own slug, subject to availability and our reserved-slug list (which protects names of real clubs, governing bodies, and high-profile coaches).

We reserve the right to revoke a slug that infringes a trade mark, impersonates another person, or violates these Terms. We will notify you and offer a reasonable alternative.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:

• ·The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind
• ·We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure
• ·We are not liable for any decision a third party makes based on the content you publish on your CoachPage
• ·Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim
• ·We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

You may close your account at any time via Dashboard → Settings → Delete account. On deletion, your public page is immediately taken down and your personal data is removed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

We may suspend or terminate your access immediately if you breach these Terms, for fraudulent activity, or if we are required to do so by law.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified by email or in-app at least 30 days before they take effect. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales. If you are a consumer, this does not affect your statutory rights under your local consumer protection laws.
