Refund Policy

01 — 14-day right of withdrawal

Under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel and receive a full refund within 14 days of purchase. This applies to both the 1-Year ($25) and Lifetime ($75) plans.

Inside the 14-day window, refunds are no-questions-asked. We will process the refund to your original payment method within 5–10 business days of receiving the request.

02 — After 14 days

After 14 days, refunds are at our discretion and are normally limited to:

• ·Service unavailability — pro-rata refund if the Service is unavailable for more than 72 consecutive hours due to issues within our control
• ·Billing errors — full refund for any duplicate or erroneous charge

03 — How to request a refund

Email admin@360tft.com with:

• ·The email address on your CoachPage account
• ·Your purchase date or Stripe order/charge ID
• ·A short note (optional)

We'll reply within 1 business day and process the refund within 5–10 business days from confirmation.

04 — What happens after a refund

On refund your account is downgraded to the Free tier — you keep the data you've added (up to the 5-entry free cap remains visible) and your custom slug reverts to a randomised one. You can re-purchase any time.

05 — Statutory rights

This Refund Policy does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer under UK law.
